At activewearya, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That is why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.

As our active wear are currently on pre-orders based, there will be no exchange or refunds allowed, unless otherwise stated. Do ensure that you have chose the right apparel, size and colour when submitting your orders on our website.
Waiting time for our active wear and accessories are usually 2 to 2.5 weeks. We placed the waiting time a minimum of 3 weeks as we are unsure if the COVID-19 situation will affect the shipping and logistics or if there will be any delays. Do rest assured that we expedite all orders for our customers to receive it as soon as possible.
Once your orders have reached us, we will go through a quality check of the apparels before dispatching out the orders to you. We thank you for your kind patience with activewearya.
We are currently mailing to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong address only.
Mode of payment are currently online card payment. We do not accept Cash On Delivery.
